Business Bank Account
Your Company can have a bank account in an American Bank without requiring you to come to the United States! You only have to provide the required information and incorp-usa will do the rest. This service is available to U.S. companies incorporated through incorp-usa as well as to existing U.S. companies that become incorp-usa clients. Most of banks require only a copy of the Certificate of Incorporation, which is included with the documents you will receive after ordering your company. Some will require a Good Standing Certificate, which can be purchased when ordering your company or at a later date. Most non-US. clients will require a Certified copy of Certficate with Apostille.

Personal Bank Account
If you need a personal bank account in addition to your Company's business bank account, incorp-usa may take care of it for you. The advantages relating to the personal bank account are similar to those relating to the business bank account.
This service is offered only to officers and shareholders of a Company requesting the Business Bank Account Service.
